Packing

Every slab is put in a slab sleeve, wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a rigid box. Sealed product and accessories are packed so corners and seals arrive intact.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment, with tracking. You get the tracking number by email.

Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands, the rest of the EU and the United Kingdom. The cost and delivery estimate for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

UK orders

Orders to the UK may be charged import VAT or a handling fee by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by UK authorities and are not collected by us.

Returns: your 14-day right

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, email [contact email] with your order number. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition it arrived: slabs undamaged and sealed product unopened. Please use a tracked service; return postage is paid by you.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll put it right at our cost.
