What we collect

When you buy from us we receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order details from Stripe, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.

Why

To fulfil and ship your order, send you order and tracking emails, handle returns and questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• The shipping carrier, to deliver your order.
• Netlify, which hosts this website.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Other messages are deleted once they're no longer needed.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers your chosen currency in your browser, and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, by emailing [contact email]. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
